About Peter Watson
Peter has been involved in the financial services sector for over 40 years. Prior to establishing ICS he was a senior executive at AMP for over a decade, where he held senior management roles including State Manager for Victoria and Tasmania and National Head of Corporate Superannuation. In his last two years at AMP he established AMP’s corporate business in India, based in Chennai.
Peters background includes several years in each of the Corporate Superannuation Industry, Funds Management Industry, Merchant and Investment Banking Industries as well as mainstream Banking. Peter is a qualified Financial Planner and Accountant and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Peter established the ICS business and business model from scratch between late 2005 and mid 2006.ICS now has offices in three States and has well over 1,000 independent contractors structured under the innovative ICS model.

Whilst markets can head North or South, Phil advocates that customer relationships must maintain a steady course irrespective of climate, and has as much concern over likely customer service trends in 2010 as were apparent in 2009.
